The room at Thermen was incredibly comfortable with a cozy fireplace that created a romantic atmosphere. It was the perfect place for relaxation. The spa was clean and provided a wonderful experience. The staff, especially those in the restaurant and breakfast area, were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The king bed had a super comfy mattress and the bathroom even had a TV. The terrace/balcony offered a nice view, and the spa had everything you could ask for, including swimming pools and jacuzzis. I had a very enjoyable stay at Thermen and would definitely recommend it.

Located near the highway, this lovely hotel offers fantastic spa facilities, a cozy restaurant, and a relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities like fireplaces, lighting, and big bathrooms with bathtubs and walk-in showers. The gym is well-furnished with proper equipment, and parking, checking in and out are easy. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the sauna, steam bath, or taking a dip in the lovely pool. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced.
One downside is the lack of internet connections in rooms, which can limit connectivity for those traveling with multiple devices.

Spent Easter in a place that had a huge and comfortable bed along with a fantastic pool and sauna that we enjoyed. The location was ideal as it was near a famous landmark and we easily parked our car there. One other perk was the great restaurant with food that we devoured.
Sadly, some aspects of our stay were letdowns. The breakfast barely had enough options.

From the prices to the attention to detail, everything is well worth it. The location is not bad at all, as it's close to the highway and within reach of Brussels. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms are very comfortable indeed. The sauna and jacuzzi facilities are a relaxing treat, and the rooms with fireplaces and modern lighting create a cozy atmosphere. Lastly, the breakfast, with its complimentary glass of Cava, is a delightful way to start the day.
No complaints, everything was perfect!

The food was great and the staff were super helpful and friendly. the location was excellent for Christmas markets and shopping. the spa facilities were top notch and very relaxing.
The hotel was extremely crowded during the holiday season, which meant long wait times for the spa and restaurant. the rooms were on the smaller side and lacked some basic amenities like a mini fridge and coffee maker.
